ORDER
The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the exparte order of dismissal dated 24.03.2007 in the above appeal and restore the above appeal.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.04.2026, there was no representation on the side of the petitioners, either in person or through the learned counsel. In order to grant one more opportunity, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 07.04.2026 (today) under the caption "For Dismissal".
3. Even today, when the matter was taken up, there is no representation on the side of the petitioners. Hence, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
