2. The learned counsel for the appellant represented that in Paragraph 6 (ii) of the order passed in C.M.A.No.3505 of 2010, dated 07.08.2019, inadvertently the term "with interest" was omitted to be typed.

3. Therefore, the Registry is directed to replace the following as paragraph 6 (ii) in C.M.A.No.3505 of 2010, dated 07.08.2019: " to the limited extent indicated above namely, the entire liability is fixed on the second respondent / Insurance Company and the second respondent / Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced amount, a sum of Rs.23,00,584/- within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, with interest at 7.5% from the date of petition, less the amount already deposited, if any."

4. The Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in order C.M.A.No.3505 of 2010, dated 07.08.2019 and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
