JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) This Writ Appeal has been directed against the order dated 14.08.2012 made in W.P.No.22042 of 2012 by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up today, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant, on instructions, would fairly state that since the compensation payable to the land acquired by the respondents have been already paid and received by the appellant herein in the year 2014 itself, nothing survives for further adjudication and recording the same, the Writ Appeal may be closed.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the appellant, this Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs.
