This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 29.03.2015.
2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. No representation for the petitioner.
4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has lodged a complaint against his brother in respect of partition dispute and he further submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 15.11.2014.
