Crl.M.P.No.286 of 2024 in Crl.OP No.27484 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking to amend the Crl RC No.1282 of 2023 instead of Crl RC No.1828 of 2023 in the order passed by this Court in Crl OP No.27484 of 2023 on 03.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.27484 of 2023 and issue a fresh order copy.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
