ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 460, 420, 465, 468 & 471 of IPC in connection with the Cr. No.49 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. This Court vide order dated 15.10.2025, in Crl.O.P.No.28083 of 2025 had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner with the following observation.
"Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner though it is stated that the petitioner filed a civil suit, the allegation is he collected huge amount of Rs.1.49 crores and investigation is pending, hence, custodial interrogation is required, hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."
3. Now the petitioner has filed the second anticipatory bail petition without any change in circumstances. Hence, I am not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
