Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time for furnishing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order on condition that the petitioners are jointly directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu Advocate's Clerk's Association, Account No.484026006, Branch : Indian Bank, High Court, IFSC No. IDIB000M157". It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
