(CR.NO.2 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner for appearing before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23399/2021 dated 06.12.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23399 of 2021 on 06.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
