This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to allot the work in respect of Sl. No. 5 Captain Nagar, Thenvadal Salai Tharthalam Work, Sl. No.6 Periyar Colony Broad Road and 1 to 5 Cross Veedhi Tharthalam Work and Sl. No.8 Bharathinagar 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Cross Veedhi Tharthalam Work and Bharathinagar 4th Cross Veedhi Rainwater Flow Construction Work in No. Ma. No. 297/S/2019-20 dated 22.6.2020.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
