ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2019 vide CSR.No.104 of 2019.
2. No representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint, CSR.No.104 of 2019 was issued and after conducting preliminary enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 29.10.2019.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
