Petitions filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in W.M.P.No.32240 to 32243 of 2016 in W.P.Nos.37607 to 37610 of 2016, dated 26.10.2016.

For Petitioner : Mr.G.Sankaran For Respondents : Mr.A.Rajaperumal, AGP COMMON ORDER On 26.10.2016, this Court has passed a common interim order in W.M.P.No.32240 to 32243 of 2016 in W.P.Nos.37607 to 37610 of 2016, directing the respondents to pay salary to the petitioners from the date of their appointment, however, the same is subject to the result of the writ petitions.

2.The present contempt petitions have been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of the order dated 26.10.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and he has also produced the

proceedings of the respondents dated 19.06.2017. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in these contempt petitions and accordingly, the same are closed.
