ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, by conducting an enquiry, and cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent, and issue patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that, after a period of seven years, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the fourth respondent, conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing to both parties, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
