(CRIME NO.12/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.12523/2021 dated 02.08.2021 that he should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and thus render justice.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.BALAMURUGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12523 of 2021 on 02.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
