J U D G E M E N T (Judgement of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) This writ appeal has been filed challenging the dismissal order passed in W.P.No.2369 of 2014 dated 07.11.2014.

2. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, made a submission that during the pendency of the writ appeal, the tender notification had been withdrawn by the Airport Authority of India and thus, the cause arose for the purpose of filing the present writ appeal has become vanished. He also submitted that the subsequent tender notification issued by the Airport Authority of India has been challenged in W.P.No.10446 of 2015.
