ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash FIR in Crime No.18 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is A2 in Crime No.18 of 2015. He further submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.18 of 2015, the respondent Police filed charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Court. Later it is committed to the Additional District Court, Virudhachalam and taken on file as S.C.No.271 of 2018.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudicating the petition and hence, the same is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
