The civil revision petition is filed seeking an early disposal of IA.No.7 of 2024 in OS.No.336 of 2024, pending on the file of the II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, Poonamallee, which is an application for punishing respondents for flouting the orders of 2/5

2. The said application has been filed as early as on September 2024. Therefore, directions are issued to the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the IA, within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
