JUDGMENT

(Judgment of this Court was made by T.RAJA,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Ravishankar Rao, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, placing on record a death certificate of the appellant dated 06.08.2020, submitted that during the pendency of the appeal, the appellant died on 24.07.2020.

2.A perusal of the death certificate dated 06.08.2020 shows that the appellant died on 24.07.2020. Therefore, the appeal is liable to be dismissed as infructuous. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, M.P. No.1 of 2015 stands closed. No costs.
