(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge in this appeal is to the order of the learned single Judge made in W.P.No.29607 of 2023 dated 06.12.2023. 2.
We see no merit in the appeal. The issue regarding the declaration of probation from the date of completion of the training in Bhavanisagar was the subject matter in several writ petitions and writ appeals before this court.
3.
This Court had consistently concluded that if it is shown that the delay in sending an employee for training at Bhavanisagar is on the part of the employer, then the declaration of probation shall not be postponed. In the case on hand, the learned Single Judge had only followed his own order in W.P.No.28873 of 2017 dated 28.07.2023, wherein the earlier orders of this Court have been followed.
4.
Hence, we do not find any merit in the Writ Appeal. The Writ Appeal therefore fails and it is accordingly dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 2/4
