The injured/claimant has filed this petition, seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company. Mr.M.Krishnamoorthi, learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company has got no objection to allow this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
