(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned counsel for the third respondent. 2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the detenu, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to forthwith produce the husband of the petitioner, S.Rajendran, S/o.V.P.Subramani, aged about 39 years before this Court and to set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The alleged detenu Rajendran, Son of Subramani, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondents 1 and 2. 4.Having gone through the reasons made in the accompanying affidavit and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the third respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, without prejudicing the claim both the parties, we find just and reasonable to close the Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed.
