Considering the limited prayed sought for, notice to the respondents is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No. 17 of 2014. It is seen from the E-Court website records that have been produced that the recording of evidence in the suit is almost over.

3. Hence, there will be a direction to the learned District Munsif Omalur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 17 of 2014 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
