This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Thiruvallur to dispose of the case in S.C.No.78 of 2016 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record. 3.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the charge sheet and the number of witnesses cited, this Court directs the Mahila Court Thiruvallur to complete the trial in S.C.No.78 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided there is no any other legal impediment.
