O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR against the accused on the basis of complaint dated 01.12.2021 given by the petitioner to the first respondent herein.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 01.12.2021 and C.S.R.No.190 of 2021 assigned. Though cognizable offence is made out, no action has been taken. Hence filed this present petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner C.S.R.No.190 of 2021 assigned. The petitioner and the counter petitioners were enquired. During enquiry, it was found that a Civil Suit is pending in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

O.S.No.5 of 2021 before the District Munsif Court, Pochampalli. In view of the same, enquiry was closed. Therefore the respondent police advised the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to seek his remedy.
