J U D G M E N T

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is preferred against the order dated 26.08.2010 passed in G.O.P.No.6 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Namakkal.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the minor boy namely Minor Mohammed Riaz who was born on 27.01.1999 now attained majority. Therefore, the relief claimed under the Guardian and Wards Act has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
