O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 20.12.2021 given by the petitioner to first respondent herein.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had sent a complaint to the first respondent through post on 20.12.2021, but no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's complaint was received by the second respondent in C.No.326/2021 dated 30.11.2021. The petitioner earlier sent a representation to the first respondent on 30.11.2020, for which both the petitioner and the counter complainant were called for enquiry on 12.01.2021. During enquiry, both the petitioner and the counter complainant agreed to sought out the issue between them. Recording the same the above said complaint has been closed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had produced the documents and the counter complainant had only produced the forged documents, which have not been property enquired by the respondent police. Despite cognizable offence is made out, no action has been taken. Further closure report has not been served to the petitioner.

5.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court directs the respondent police to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to take appropriate action in the manner known to law.

6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
