N Nagendra Kumar v. State Rep By
Crl.O.P.No.487 of 2024 Crl.O.P.No.487 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
The petitioner/A4 bail in Crime No.688 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419 r/w 511 of IPC on 26.09.2023 seeks anticipatory.
2. The defacto complainant, President of Salem Bar Association had complained that the accused persons including this petitioner were found in District Court at Salem wearing black Court and impersonating as Advocates.
3. Taking the nature of complaint into consideration and the fact that unfortunate litigants could be easily duped, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition deserves to be dismissed.
4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
