This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceeding in M.C.No.42 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Mayladuthurai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case in M.C.No.42 of 2013 has been dismissed for default on 03.06.2015 itself and hence nothing survives in this petition and also produced a copy of the Order in M.C.No.42 of 2013.
