O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to the provisional selection list published in official website dated 04.04.2012 and quash the same and direct the second respondent to consider the name of the petitioner for selection to the post of Grade I, Physical Director.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., on 08.02.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. Thus, the matter was passed over and again called at 3.00 P.M, however, that none represented the petitioner. Hence, this Court has directed the Registry to list the case on 12.02.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal". Page No.2 of 5

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it is crystal clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non prosecution.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
