ORDER

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint and conduct investigation and to file the report, based on the order dated 07.05.2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Villupuram on the private complaint filed by the petitioner forthwith.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Villupuram has issued directions in D. No. 1255 of 2015 dt. 07.05.2015 to the Inspector of Police, Kandamangalam Police Station, Villupuram District and not to the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Villupuram.

3. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application, making the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch and Kandamangalam Police Station, as parties.
