The learned counsel appearing for the applicant-Bank would submit that the bank had filed the Form 66 and subsequently, the learned Official Liquidator had directed the Bank to file Forms 8 and 13.

2. Further, he would request that since they had filed Form 66, claim of the bank shall be adjudicated and being secured creditors, the bank shall get priority over the payment of debts.

3. In view of the above, the learned Official Liquidator is directed to adjudicate the debt of the bank and thereafter disburse the amount towards other dues.

4. Accordingly, this application is closed.
