Pending appeal, the first appellant died and these two applications are filed to bring the wife and daughter of the deceased first appellant on record.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

3. These petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment. The appellant is directed to file clean copy of the amended memorandum of grounds.

4.Learned counsel for the appellant reports that they give up claim against the respondents 2 to 7 as unnecessary party and service to them not required.

5. It is stated that the first respondent is represented by Mr.Gururaj. Print the name of Mr.Gururaj, counsel for the first respondent.
