This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27691 of 2022 on 14.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e.

on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
