Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of the earlier proceedings of this Court dated 11.12.2019.

2. Learned Advocate Commissioner has since executed the warrant and filed a report. Learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a memo inter alia regarding additional remuneration.

3. Considering the nature of the work and the quantum of time spent, the plaintiff shall pay an additional sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) within a fortnight from today to the Advocate Commissioner. Initial remuneration already paid and this additional remuneration shall constitute full and final remuneration for the work done by learned Advocate Commissioner. This application is thus disposed of as closed.
