A] To divide the immovable properties described in the Schedule - A into eight equal shares by metes and bounds with reference to good and bad soil and allot one such share to second and third plaintiff. b] To divide the immovable properties described in the schedule - B into three equal shares by metes and bounds with reference to good and bad soil and allot one such share to Mrs.S.Vatchaladevi, late Mrs.P.Parijatham and Late Mrs.S.Philomanal respectively.

c] To divide the 1/3rd share of late Mrs.P.Parijatham in the schedule - B properties and allot 1/24th share to the defendants 1 - 8 being the lineal descendants of late Mrs.P.Parijatham.
d] To divide the 1/3rd share of the later Mrs.S.Philomanal in the schedule - B properties and allot 1/9th share to 9th defendant being the husband and allot 2/45th share to the defendants 10-14th being the lineal descendants of late Mrs.S.Philomanal.

J U D G M E N T
This suit has been filed divide the immovable properties described in the Schedule - A and B by metes and bounds with reference to good and 3/5
bad soil and allot respective share to the second and third plaintiff and to the defendants and for costs.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs and the defendants submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court and also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs also requested that the Court Fee paid may be refunded.
3. Accordingly, this suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently connected application is closed. No costs. The registry is directed to refund the Court Fee as per law to the plaintiffs. 18.01.2024 vrc 4/5
