(CRIME NO.466/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable High Court in Crl.O.P.No.22136/2021 dated 23/11/2021 in Clause(c) at para 8 insofar as directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30A.M until further orders is concerned and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.UMAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 22136 of 2021, dated 23.11.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition already imposed by this Court as against these petitioners alone is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police Station at 10.30 a.m. monthly once.
