This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police twice daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23950 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
