This application has been filed to amend the name of the satisfaction Magistrate Court for producing sureties as "The District Munisiff cum Judicial Magistrate, Portnova instead of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Cuddalore in the petition in order dated 22.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.30779 of 2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.30779 of 2022 dated 22.12.2022 and issue fresh order copy.
