This petition has been filed to bring on record the respondents 2 to 8 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in SA.No.163 of 2005.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit along with the petition to bring on record the respondents 2 to 8.

3.Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the second appeal.

4. Post the second appeal on 23.01.2020 "for arguments".
