The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 23.01.2024, had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, in para 4(c) of the order copy, the deposit address has been wrongly mentioned as District Revenue Officer, Chennai District instead of District Mineral Foundation Trust, Chennai District. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 4(c) of the order shall be read as follows: "4(c) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the District Mineral Foundation Trust, Chennai District. Two weeks time is granted for deposit the said amount from the date of receipt of a copy of this order"

4. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy on 15.02.2024 and the time already granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks from 15.02.2024.
