[Order was delivered by R.SUBBIAH,J] The present Writ appeal has been filed by the Appellant seeking to set aside the order dated 02.03.2015 in W.P.No.31396 of 2014.
2. The First respondent herein has filed a Writ petition, challenging the order dated 26.11.2014 transferring her from C.Kandasamy Naidu College for women at Cuddalore to Pachaiyapa's College for Men, Kancheepuram with immediate effect on the ground of malafides and affecting her status as the Head of the Department and Member of the syndicate of Thiruvalluvar
University. The said writ petition was allowed by the single Judge. Aggrieved over the same, the appellant herein has been filed the present Writ Appeal.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the appellant stated that the first respondent retired on 31.03.2019, thereafter, re-employment was given for two months i.e., till 31.05.2019. On completion of re-employment period she was relieved from service.
4. In view of the said submission, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the Writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
