This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Court by an order dated 20.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.15838 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19810 of 2022.

The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.2 of 2022 and this Court by an order dated 23.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19810 of 2022 granted bail on condition that the petitioner shall deposit original title deed not less than value of rupees two crores along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned. Since the petitioner could not comply the said condition, he filed petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court by an order dated 20.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.15838 of 2022, reduced the amount from rupees two crores to Rs.75,00,000/-. However, the petitioner could not able to deposit the original title deed and therefore he is not released and incarcerating even till today. Hence the petitioner filed the present petition.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is inside, he could not comply the condition by depositing the title deed. He further submitted that immediately after come out from the prison, the petitioner can able to deposit the title deed. 4.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, the above deposit condition is modified as follows :- "The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, TNPID Court, Chennai. After coming out from the prison the petitioner is directed to deposit original title deed not less than value of Rs.75,00,000/- (Rupees seventy five lakhs only) along with valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned, within period of two weeks from the date of his release, failing which, the bail granted to the petitioner shall automatically stand cancelled and the respondent is directed to secure the
petitioner and proceed in accordance with law." The other conditions imposed by the order dated 23.08.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19810 of 2022 shall remain unchange. 5.
With the above directions, the miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
