ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 159, 294 (b), 322 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No. Not Known, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The case of the prosecution is that there was some wordy quarrel between the petitioner and his neighbours, in which, he has assaulted them with Brick blocks and had sustained injuries. Hence the complaint.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that 13 previous cases are pending against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and investigation has not yet been completed. Therefore, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also taking note of the fact that the serious nature of offence committed by the petitioner and investigation has not yet been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, at this stage, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed accordingly. -sd/- 12/01/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
