This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 14.01.2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to some other agency. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that an FIR has been registered in Crime No.363 of 2015 on 06.08.2015 and after completion of investigation, a closure report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchengode, as 'further action dropped'.
