This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction court as the sureties to the satisfaction of the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai instead of the sureties to the satisfaction of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram in Crl.O.P No.32418 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4.Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 28.12.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.32418 of 2022 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of amended copy of the order.
