The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the petitioners have already filed suits in O.S.Nos.151 and 153 of 2020 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu seeking for payment of compensation on the ground malicious prosecution against the petitioners.

2. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that a connected case was already disposed of by this Court in WP.No.4864 of 2016 by an order dated 14.02.2019.
