This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the Judicial Magistrate Court - I, Vellore, pertaining to C.C.No.114 of 2013.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the absence of interim order, before the trial Court all the witnessess have been examined by the prosecution and the matter is posted for arguments.

3. In view of the above, it is open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised herein during the trial. Therefore, in view of the above nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
