The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2019.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent initially issued CSR.No.78 of 2019 on 28.11.2019 and subsequently, registered a case in Crime No.2 of 2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
