For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed accompanying the Miscellaneous Petition and since Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents does not object very seriously to the delay condonation, the delay 185 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
