This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and quash the proceedings in DVOP.No.109 of 2013, on the file of Mahila Fast Track Magistrate Court, Salem, in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the case in DVOP.No.109 of 2013 has been dismissed for default. She had also made the following endorsement to that effect:- "It is respectfully submitted that DVOP.No.109 of 2013 filed by the respondent herein, had been dismissed for default on 16.07.2014, by the learned Mahila Fast Track Magistrate Court, Salem.
