The petitioner, who was arrested on 29.09.2014 for an alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 302 IPC., r/w. 149 and U/s.3 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908, in Crime No.86 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner has been arrested along with other accused, in connection with a murder of one Manohar. At the time of occurrence, a country made Bomb was thrown on the deceased and the deceased was also assaulted with the knife. Hence, the present complaint.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner denied the said allegation. He further submitted that a false case has been foisted against the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that now, the charge sheet has been filed.

5. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, I am of the opinion that bail could be granted to the petitioner by imposing stringent conditions.

6. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioner shall be released on bail, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Villupuram Police Station, daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. 30.04.2015 skm CRL.
